This summer, we hope to take our JBMSHP students on a field trip to Odysea Aquarium, where they’ll participate in a hands-on STEM learning experience at no cost to them.
Due to financial constraints, field trips are not typically part of the JBMSHP. Many of our students are first-generation and/or from low-income households, making opportunities like this difficult to access. We believe learning goes beyond the classroom, and experiences like this help bring STEM to life.
