Cindy coordinates the MSHP summer program and has worked towards helping high school students integrate and graduate from ASU since 2000.  She is responsible for student retention for MSHP alumni and mentors them in regards to academic advisement, career preparation and graduate school to help students succeed.

Dawn handles all of the financial and personnel actions for SAL MCMSC and MTBI, including oversight of the financial component for the Math Science Honors Program.  Dawn acts as the human resources official for the department, working closely with payroll issues for staff and faculty.  She works as the liaison to the Provost and CLAS Dean's Office for information on policies, procedures and personnel issues.  Dawn also manages the office operations for key requests, office space and is the authorized travel official for SAL MCMSC and MTBI/SUMS.

Kim's duties include but are not limited to maintaining and reconciling department budgets, processing hiring documentation, payroll, scholarship applications/waivers, and student worker time sheets.  Kim serves as the assistant to the Business Operations Manager and works with the Associate Director on special projects.  She also handles regular payroll and account reconciliation, and manages financial, HR files, and department Web Reports.

Ciera coordinates the Joaquin Bustoz Math Science Honors Program (JBMSHP) and has various other responsibilities with the Simon A. Levin Mathematical, Computational and Modeling Sciences Center (MCMSC). She is involved in the recruitment and promotion for the JBMSHP and works closely with the alumni in academic advisement and career preparation to help students achieve their goals.

Sabrina assists with the coordination of the Mathematical and Theoretical Biology Institute (MTBI) summer program.  Duties include preparation of visiting student and faculty visas, working with vendors to organize meals, events, and activities, and developing the summer budget.  Duties during the year include promotion of MTBI, database management, and assisting with implementation of MCMSC conferences, workshops, and other activities.

Renate leads the new scientific computing environment for SAL MCMSC and members of SoMSS and other units. She works with faculty and students to solve the computing problems, and has over 30 years of computing experience, 22 of them at ASU in Math. She also supports the staff and their computing needs and takes care of the computing labs.  In addition Renate works closely with the ASU computing community.

Shelly handles a wide variety of jobs, which culminate in keeping SAL MCMSC on schedule.  She is tasked with keeping up to date and accurate calendars for the Co-Directors and visiting faculty and guests.  Shelly coordinates department events and has a vital role in helping organize day to day operations of SAL MCMSC guests and visiting scholars.  Shelly also coordinates business affairs, travel arrangements, and scheduling matters for SAL MCMSC.

Sherry's position manages administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations and fiscal responsibility.  She oversees unit staff and resolves issues to maximize efficiency and effectiveness while supporting the Center's programs and initiatives.  Additional responsibilities include marketing, public relations, fiscal oversight and serving as internal support for the Center's respected multicultural summer programs.
