Building the Bridge to STEM Research and Graduate Education
BRIDGE-STEM is a near-peer mentoring initiative within the Mathematical, Computational and Modeling Sciences Center at Arizona State University that supports undergraduate STEM students as they transition into research and consider graduate education. Through structured mentorship by graduate students, participants receive guidance on engaging in research, developing foundational skills, and understanding graduate school pathways. BRIDGE-STEM focuses on building research identity, confidence, and readiness, particularly during the critical transition from undergraduate coursework to advanced STEM training.
