Data, Dynamics, Discovery:
Next Generation Biomedical Modeling Workshop
Friday May 1st (8:30 – 4:00) &
Saturday May 2nd (8:30 – 2:00)
Arizona State University Tempe Campus
Humanities Institute, First Floor, Ross-Blakley Hall
Schedule available soon. Breakfast and lunch included each day.
The overall goal of this workshop is to help bring computational and mathematical innovations into clinically meaningful research in oncology and neurodegenerative disease to strengthen the pipeline from quantitative discovery to improved understanding, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic design.
The workshop will focus on biomedical challenges where data and computational models can generate mechanistic insight, improve inference, and guide experimental or clinical decision-making. We aim to have a mix of talks that include the state of research in these areas, discussion of available data, grand challenge questions to be addressed, cutting edge technologies, and modeling and data analysis approaches. Come learn about impactful research opportunities.
Registration is free but spots are limited.
